SHIPPING POLICY

Your orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS First Class for orders that are 15.9 ounces or less in weight  or UPS Ground for orders weighing one or more pounds. 

All orders are fully insured for damage or loss in shipment.

Tracking information will be supplied upon shipment.

You may request any USPS, UPS or FedEx method of shipping that you prefer and we will supply an actual cost quote prior to purchase. Please message us with you questions and/or requests.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please message us immediately upon arrival of your order if there is any damage due to shipping. It is very helpful if you take photos of the affected carton(s). The best format to save your pictures for transmission is jpeg.

Upon approval of your damage or loss claim, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs. Damaged items must be returned to us for inspection and replacement. LRC will cover the cost of return shipping. You will be contacted in a very timely manner for your individual instructions concerning the status of your claim and return information as required.

You may return any UNOPENED item for a refund of the purchase price for any reason but you will be responsible for both original and return shipping costs. Upon reception of the item(s) in the unopened and undamaged condition as originally shipped, we will immediately issue a full refund of purchase price. If item(s) have been opened and/or damaged in any manner that renders said item(s) unsaleable, we will immediately inform you as to our assessment of the damage and an accordingly  percentage refund.
